Returns

I hope you will love and feel fabulous in everything you order, but I know that sometimes women change their minds😊  If that happens, please see the guidelines below:

Please include a printed copy of your invoice and list the reason for returning.

• Merchandise may only be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase pickup or the date the order was shipped.
• Items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED – free of perfume, deodorant,  cigarette smoke and hair from your furry friends. All tags and labels must still be attached. 
• The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). If applicable, original shipping fees will not be returned. 
• Please wrap your returned item neatly in paper before you put it in the return envelop to protect the fabric during shipping
• Returns may take up to 5 business days to process. “ I will let you know when I receive your item”
• ****You are responsible for Returned packages lost in delivery****

Exchanges:

Since boutique inventory is limited and constantly changing, exchanging an item will be difficult, BUT I will try my best.  IF POSSIBLE, an Item can be exchanged for a different size if the desired size is available.  Items out of stock will be issued store credit.
