This sweater screams - PARTY! It's navy with pastel colored little poms all over it that look like confetti. The collar comes up about an inch up the neck with little yarn loops to finish it off - SO CUTE. The waist ban has the same finish as the neck. It hits right at the waist. The medium fits me best with the waist band hitting right at the waist. 100% Acrylic.
